The Weather Response Team will coordinate with Site Operations regarding the decision to utilize a standard schedule, delayed opening, or full closure no later than 7:00 am on the day of the event.
Today's Weather Update
Due to the weather, we are planning to close our DFW locations at 3:30pm today, with a delayed start tomorrow at 10:30am. This includes Fort Worth, Colleyville, Flower Mound, Carrollton, and McKinney.
Our OKC clinic will also be closing at 3:30 pm and will be closed on Friday.
- Thursday, 1/9/25 – closing DFW & OKC at 3:30 pm
- Friday, 1/10/25 – delayed start at 10:30 am for DFW
